Every organisation sooner or later faces the question of how to implement change, innovation and investment effectively. Whether it involves developing a new product, an investment project or implementing sustainable solutions, successful delivery requires clearly defined objectives, a well-considered approach and the ability to continuously evaluate results.
The Applied Projects, Programmes, Strategies course offers a practical perspective on project and strategic management applicable in both the public and private sectors. You will learn how to prepare, manage and evaluate projects, understand their links to broader programmes and strategies, and acquire tools that will help you put project ideas into practice.
The course combines the fundamental principles of project and strategic management with their practical application. It will guide you through the entire project cycle – from formulating a project idea and setting objectives through project preparation, financial analysis and feasibility assessment to the evaluation and presentation of results.
Attention is also paid to the relationship between individual projects, broader programmes and an organisation’s strategic objectives. The knowledge gained can therefore be applied not only to project implementation itself, but also to commissioning, monitoring and evaluating projects.
The course is practically oriented and uses concrete examples, case studies and discussion among participants. The course also includes the use of artificial intelligence tools for project analysis and evaluation.
